There are several major building projects coming up in or near our area in 2014. The first one is the proposed demolition and rebuild of Lancer Square on Kensington Church Street. The planning application was lodged in September and was originally targeted for a decision in early November. However, it has now been moved to 2014, probably due to the size and complexity of the project and the large number of objections.
