The new Newcombe House plans unveiled: larger and more dominant
At meetings in early October, the new owner of the Newcombe House complex in Notting Hill Gate presented a much more detailed plan than at a June meeting for the local resident associations. Although the highest point will be 17 metres lower than in the approved previous plan, this complex will overall be much larger and more dominant.
